There are few adventures that capture the spirit of Africa quite like a flying safari — and this one was a masterpiece in motion. A small group of travellers took to the skies aboard our Cessna 206, tracing a breathtaking route that stitched together the very best of Southern Africa’s wild and coastal treasures. Journey Through Africa's Untamed Wilderness and Serene Shores

Their journey began in the untamed heart of the Kruger region, where days spent in the bush brought close encounters with Africa’s giants and evenings ended in the golden hush of sunset. From there, the adventure headed east across the border to Mozambique, to the tranquil beaches of Tofo in Inhambane, a place where the rhythm of the ocean slows time itself. Then, deep into the wild again, they explored Zinave National Park, one of Mozambique’s most remote and reawakening wildernesses, where wildlife and conservation efforts are restoring the land to its natural splendour.

Immersive Wildlife Experience at Selati Game Reserve

The final leg brought them back to South Africa for two serene days in the Selati Game Reserve, a Big 5 haven where the aircraft landed directly inside the reserve, just minutes from the lodge (the added advantage of small aircraft flying!). Here, a few more friends joined the expedition, sharing game drives through acacia-dotted plains and fun evenings around the fire. With both hosts being qualified guides, every moment in the bush was rich with insight, authenticity, and genuine connection to the land.
