Day 1: Begin with a scenic flight from Stellenbosch/Cape Town, circling the Cape Peninsula before heading up the West Coast to Saldanha. Enjoy a tasting at Gedeelte Wines, known for its unique limestone-grown wines near the sea. End the day with a rustic seafood feast at Die Strandloper before an overnight stay in Paternoster.

Day 2: Fly to the Karoo to visit Karoo Hoogland Wines, experiencing wine in an arid, remote setting. Stay overnight, enjoying traditional Karoo hospitality with lamb chops and roosterkoek.
